Speccy -

I need to improve something here, because recently I've been noticing some framerate drops and fuckups with the graphics when playing vidya games(screen turning black at random times, weird colors appearing out of nowhere, swapped textures, everything running way too hot when playing games, etc.).
I have some money to spend, but nothing over 400$ if possible. I'm open to doing pretty much anything, I just need a fix.
Everything you just explained is symptoms of overheating. Although the temperatures shown on speccy seem normal, the temperatures are most likely raising very high when you go on a game. Try cleaning inside of PC from dust, leave side of case off and update your drivers. To do that, use this link. http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Scan.aspx?lang=en-us

If you want to upgrade, that is.
Best bet would be a Core2Quad and a new GPU of some kind, I don't think $400 would be enough for much else.

For $370, you can get:
