The Cleveland native posted on his Twitter account Saturday that he's willing to donate $10,000 if police in suburban Bay Village want to start a reward fund.
Let's be honest: who wouldn't want to try doxing for a $10K reward?
Good, those cunts need to be held responsible Preferably with can of whoop ass
I'm glad somebody is as pissed off about this I am. I'm also glad this somebody is not poor like me. :v:

Hey kids! just because its hip to say autistic as a insult doesn't mean you won't be morally disgusting! Seriously even a comedian knows that was in awful taste, glad he's pitching in a reason to catch them!
I like that Drew Carey is the one to do this, just because of who he is. iirc he was bullied a lot when he was younger (and also while hosting Whose Line), so it's a good way to keep the story from dying and hopefully getting those kids punished.

I'm a little surprised... The victim doesn't know their names?
I'm a little surprised... The victim doesn't know their names?
The victim was autistic. It probably stands to reason that he doesn't know who they even are.
Out of curiosity, what is the specific crime called when one secretly changes the contents of an ice bucket to shit & piss as a "prank," after the subject agreed to have some contents dumped on him? Don't say assault.
Misdemeanour?
That's a type/category (i.e. severity) of crime, not a specific one.
I'm a little surprised... The victim doesn't know their names?
I am surprised about that too.
Defamation? [editline]7th September 2014[/editline] Above too.. They are likely guilty of more crimes than one.
defamation wouldn't work because it has to do with a false statement.
defamation wouldn't work because it has to do with a false statement.
Yeah I was basically pulling straws there. Hell, what are they guilty of then? Besides from possibly causing bodily harm.
That's a type/category (i.e. severity) of crime, not a specific one.
Seeing as how toxic sewage can be I'd actually class it under assault.
Damn, I love me some Drew Carry.
Yeah I was basically pulling straws there. Hell, what are they guilty of then? Besides from possibly causing bodily harm.
Bio-terrorism, obviously. O n a serious note, they will likely get them on some sort of chemical charge as well.
why is a reward necessary
lol a celebrity had to offer money to get people to do an act of basic morality
why is a reward necessary
To increase the chances that they will get caught, obviously. If anything, people will be more likely to come forward if a reward is issued, especially if they have no other reason to come forward or wouldn't otherwise care.
why is a reward necessary
publicity, higher chances to find the person, inspire more than just good hearted people to find them because not everyone in the world is a good person but would still take the cash
These guys must be shitting themselves by now :v:
publicity, higher chances to find the person, inspire more than just good hearted people to find them because not everyone in the world is a good person but would still take the cash
pretty sure there are these dudes whos job it is to do this kind of thing anyway
good hearted people need money to do go looking for someone who dumped sewage on an autistic kid?
This is done mainly to encourage the other people who otherwise wouldn't care to find the asshats who did it. Think of it as also being a bonus for said kindhearted people if they ever catch them also.
good hearted people need money to do go looking for someone who dumped sewage on an autistic kid?
Average-hearted people need incentive. I'm surprised they weren't doxxed immediately once 4chan heard but this is a good move by Drew.
publicity, higher chances to find the person, inspire more than just good hearted people to find them because not everyone in the world is a good person but would still take the cash
Also, because a lot of small towns like this might have very close knit cultures. I always hear stories of terrible crimes being swept under the rug because when the police chief's son or the star football player gets accused of raping someone or harassing someone for having a disability, they will go after whoever is making the accusations. This might be enough to appeal to people as selfish and greedy as that. Wave enough money under their noses and it will be very tempting to whistleblow.
