I have ICS running on a backup computer and it gives network and internet access to every computer when i have LAN parties. it's connected wirelessly to my router and connects to all the computers via 100mbps ethernet card and some switches. I wanted to know if I install 4 100mbps ethernet cards, bridge them, and connect the computers each to a different card, would it give them a 100mbps connection each or would it still just give out 100mbps shared between all the computers?
If you are talking about full 100mbps speed through the network bridge to other PCs on the LAN then yes.
100mbps each.

But it wouldn't increase internet speed if you're worrying about that.
How come when I'm loading programs onto multiple computers though it slows down considerably? I'm running 2 sets of raid 0, didn't think it could bottleneck the network too much...
Your only going to be getting about 8/9 MB/s between the PCs. Unless data is being sent out to the router and then back again which would be slower than through the Ethernet cables because you probably have G spec wireless which is 54mbps.
