Minecraft isn't about why, it's about why not?
Lets see I can think of a couple
Damn. Hats off to them.
I can feel the lag from those screenshots.
2 years. why. whyyyy
5 hours a week isnt much
Lets see I can think of a couple
He probably plays less than you do.
I'd rather just use a 3d Modeling program to do this than in minecraft.
2 years. why. whyyyy
His motivation's in the article. Don't just look at the headline, the first picture and scroll straight to the comments if you're confused by what bits of info you absorbed along the way.
Do the buildings actually have interiors ? Most city maps I tested are just filled with empty shells.
Do the buildings actually have interiors ? Most city maps I tested are just filled with empty shells.
This guy posted about it on reddit, and he said that every buiding at the least had different levels so they aren't completely empty.
He built the city using the Xbox 360 version of Minecraft
man like on pc you could've used world building tools to make it bigger and quicker
man like on pc you could've used world building tools to make it bigger and quicker

but has now transferred it to the PC version which, he says, offers more construction opportunities.
Which is why he switched to PC.

He built the city using the Xbox 360 version of Minecraft
man like on pc you could've used world building tools to make it bigger and quicker
You could at least read to the end of the sentence.
After an initial purchase of the game Minecraft is free to play
:downs:
18 months on just the Twin Towers alone. I envy this guy's patience and perseverance.
5 hours a week isnt much
"on average". But that's just dedication that I'll never have
2 years. why. whyyyy
he spent 23 months working on it on the xbox, then realized that the PC had world edit
Minecraft isn't about why, it's about why not?
Love it. You should recommend that as a subtitle for the game.
:downs:
oh shit I didn't even see that. Christ.
