• Small restarting issue

Hey guys, a few months ago I built a fresh PC for a friend and everything seemed to be running fine until about a month ago when it started randomly restarting during certain programs? It seems to run fine while idling, browsing the internet or playing League of Legends but if any other game is played on there it seems to crash on loading screens and restart? I've checked the temps and they don't seem to be an issue, and I've also changed some of the memory around and checked the slots as well as reseating the graphics cards. Nothing seems to work and I'm going to try reinstalling windows, can you suggest anything? Thanks for any replies
I would recommend testing the power supply, if you haven't already.

LoL recommends a GeForce 8800, it runs on anything and isn't very likely to make a graphics card use enough power to overload a potato power supply. Games with higher requirements make the graphics card work hard, using more power and if the power supply is shit it can overload it.

Multimeter. Black wires are ground, Orange 3.3V, Red 5V, Yellow 12V, Blue -12V. What's the rating of the power supply?
