I guess noone wants to get associated with the grand AC fuck-up so new releases are trying their hardest to be bug free. Good on them, I hope in this way something good came from Ubisofts phenomenal incompetence as other publishers are motivated to focus on better content on release
I don't like waiting, but after I got reminded what a little wait can do for optimization thanks to Ground Zeroes I don't mind it at all.
If only they would have delayed DA: Inquisition for this reason. Still not sure if all of the bugs are dealt with but after having the game since it came out and only playing about 4-5 hours, they've got their work cut out for them.

I don't think CD Projekt gives a shit what other devs do, it's more like, hey we're doing our own thing and we try our hardest for it not to suck.

Well I agree but isn't Ground Zeroes pretty much a game set in one map, it would be a disaster if it wasn't optimized considering how small it is.

Is it really that buggy? I rarely experienced any bugs, but it did happen at times.
They can keep polishing it all they want, the moment it comes out it will be a instant GOTY. :v:
In the mean time I have to my upgrade my hardware so my computer doesn't melt trying to play it.
Is it really that buggy? I rarely experienced any bugs, but it did happen at times.
For some reason mine was really bad. It kept crashing or playing very slowly, all at the same points in the game. I'll have to get back into it to see if the problems are fixed but the bugs I got made the game unplayable. I had to do a lot of things for it to actually work but the fixes never lasted longer than an hour or so for some odd reason.

Only, the delay was announced before Unity was released.

CD Projekt Red gives no fucks about what others do or think. They make their own games by their own rules, and they really do make their games for their customers and want to give them the best experience possible. I fucking love those guys.
