So, what <good> surreal(full of wtf moments)/depressing/artistic game do you know? Ye kno', like Braid or Heavy Rain...
Limbo I guess [editline]18th October 2010[/editline] But if we're skipping depressing (mostly), Grim Fandango is one of the best looking games I've ever played, hell, everything about that game is absolutely amazing

It's like Sam and Max. I love comedic games...
Limbo is an amazing game. That first enemy you see though.... Oh god the nightmares
Mirror's Edge is pretty artistic, I think
Hmm...yeah limbo is good. Try Alan Wake. Some parts of it are kinda artistic, and depressing.
The Void is very surreal and a bit depressing too Braid is artistic
Machinarium is a beautiful, artistic game. Not depressing, but it really is beautiful. Try Siren: Blood Curse for a depressing game. I don't really know if that counts as depressing but whatever. Scott Pilgrim Vs The World would be an artistic game because its in 8 or 16 bit, I don't know which.
The Company of Myself is surreal and artistic, as well as depressing and The Submachine series is surreal and artistic and I love both of them(Both are flash games, but surprisingly good.) I realized Mirror's Edge was depressing about 2 months after I beat it.

The PS1 game "LSD" is everything you described and more. If you are known to have seizures, stay far, FAR from it, though.

I think the title of this game is after what author took. But hey.. its kinda nice :V.

There's no actual point to it, just the exploration of a dreamworld, where it can go from a technicolor Toyland to a dark and depressing parking lot full of auto accidents to pretty much any setting you can think of. It's actually quite relaxing and fun to wander and see if you can find anything new.
Limbo Oh god, the nightmares
