PotPlayer was created by YoungHuee Kang, the creator of KMPlayer, which is a rich-feature media player. While KMPlayer development has stopped... Kang moved to a new player, PotPlayer. It's really nice and my media player of choice. PotPlayer is a freeware Multimedia player. Supports almost every available video formats out there. Player contains internal codecs and there is no need to install codecs manually. Other key features include WebCam/Analog/Digital TV devices support, gapless video Playback, DXVA, live broadcasting.
Changelog http://www.dvbsupport.net/info/potplayer.html
Link: Doom9 Forums Download: PotPlayer 1.5.29601 | x64 | Beta Updates (32-Bit) [Current Beta version 1.5.29769] Previous Thread: http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1072451
PotPlayer is awesome [editline]24th September 2011[/editline] So much better than VLC.
I used it for a while. It was terrible. I went with CCCP and Media Player Classic Home Cinema. Have they fixed the horrible quality for the video now?
Horrible quality? It's always been the best.
Decent player.
I tried this out and the videos I played were terrible quality for some reason, KMPlayer is way better.
I've been using it for awhile now, Quality is great.
