As usual, ubisoft support is as useless as ever. Basically I purchased Assassins Creed IV while it was on sale, and left it downloading overnight with hopes that I could play it the next day. Well, next day comes and I can't play it because uplay is incredibly useless. In order to play the game I need to activate the key on uplay, however I cant do that because 'There is a problem connecting to a uplay service.' I've asked a few people with uplay and it seems like I'm one of the only people that can't get it to work. It's gotten to the point where I might just install a crack so I don't have to bother with this shit
Login on another network or computer and do it
Login on another network or computer and do it
as much as I'd like that to work its stilled fucked. I've activated it on my account now but I need to actually start the game to be able to play it with uplay offline. However the computer that I activated it on is a piece of shit and theres no way i'd be able to launch it on that
You sure you're not blocking ubi servers in any way? Portforward? If you feel like reinstalling the platform, backup the game before doing so
