This has been going on for about a month now, basically my PC will start locking up every 1 or 2 seconds for about 5-10 minutes. It'll run fine afterwards for about an hour, then start acting up again. If I have any sound playing at the time, it'll lock up too, and produce a loud annoying buzzing sound. My wireless internet goes out while all this is happening too.
I've tried everything I can think of short of replacing hardware. I've formatted, reinstalled all my drivers, re-seated all the components, double checked the power supply connections, but none of it helped.
Also, I haven't overclocked anything, and all my temps are reasonable.
Some important specs:
Intel E8500 3.16GHz
4 GB DDR 2 RAM
EVGA GTX 280 PCI-E
EVGA GeForce 210 PCI
Corsair 850W PSU
Personally I think it's a problem with the power supply. I'm pretty sure it has enough wattage, but it could also be faulty, who knows. I just thought I'd ask here and see if anybody else encountered something like this and had some ideas for things I could try.
Which hardware did you replace in order to make it working again?
I think it's an issue with the psu, try temporarily replacing that. Maybe if you still have an old psu with a low wattage at home, you could remove your gtx280 and put in that psu.

I'll probably go pick up a new PSU today. If it doesn't fix my problem, I can always just return it.
