Allright, so my older PC Crashed. Im using this pc. Now, this Error happens Only when i restart my pc. To fix it (on my end) i'd have to insurt the Format Disk for Windows 7, Go to the main UI for Installation, and close it. Why is it doing this?
Your boot partition is broken, try these steps: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/32523/how-to-manually-repair-windows-7-boot-loader-problems/
Before you do anything, make sure that harddrive is not failing. Crystal disk either using another machine or boot to WinPE and run it from there. Got a sneaking suspicion that the drive is corrupting the bootmgr. Also take a look at diskpart and make sure the System partition is present, if it is try running Bootrec /fixboot & Bootrec /fixmbr. (Assuming the machine is running in legacy boot and not UEFI)
Could also just be a bad cable, try another one
