Well they said they were going to do it. If I remember it was like "Well yeah, the 2nd game needs to be on the PS3 as well.' Glad they are putting in birth by sleep as well.
I'm really hoping Dream Drop Distance will also come in a HD Remix. Since it has a sort of connection to Kingdom Hearts 3.
I hope they change KH2. It's reviews were lower than KH1's for a reason. So much filler bullshit levels in that game and needless backtracking.
FUCK YES! I may have missed 1.5 remix when it launch but I'm sure as fuck not missing out on this baby when it launches. I have too many good memories of kingdom hearts 2 not too. So fucking pumped for the extra content, and a chance to play BBS final mix.
Say, What was the exact reason they never released the Final Mixes in other places besides Japan?
Say, What was the exact reason they never released the Final Mixes in other places besides Japan?
Some say it's because Sony of America has some strange policy where you cannot re-release an updated version of the same game unless it has 20% new content. But I don't know if that's true or not because I've seen a few games skirt past that. Also i'm not surprised Dream Drop Distance isn't in this, considering the touch-screen emphasis it had for a number of gameplay gimmicks alongside it being the latest game.

Final Mix also at least put a couple scenes around to help explain, even if just lightly, some of the stupid logic of why the antagonists were egging on Sora when they had no damn reason to, among a few other things.
Seems kind of odd for them to make a PS3 release when the PS4 is just on the horizon. Also, I dunno if these "HD" editions can really be called HD, though this is most likely due to the first HD re-release i've ever got my hands on was Serious Sam HD. :x
excited at the ability to play BBS finally, but i just played through KH2 last year (and all other titles sans BBS) so this would be a bit expensive just for that title but cheaper than getting a PSP and the game... eh

I mean, I played through KH1 and 2 last year myself, so I know how you feel, but if it comes down to it, I might end up binge-buying 1.5 and 2.5 when the latter comes out.

Not the best, but still, it's a good game.

Kingdom Hearts 3.5 Kingdom Hearts 3 Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance Random Spin-off Game Cutscenes
Kingdom Hearts 2 had improved combos, more climatic battles and generally improved gameplay, at the cost of the more complex platforming and exploration being something of a joke compared to the original game and things becoming too hectic sometimes. If you're one of KH2's detractors, odds are you have said or heard "TRIANGLE TO WIN" or "MASH X TO WIN" because people over-accentuate the gameplay and make it out to be 'easy' (it's.. not, really. Infact, KH2 has plenty of times where it's more dickish than the first game). Both games have their advantages and disadvantages, gameplay-wise at least. And 1.5 partially fixes the issue of unskippable cutscenes as well as better camera control, because the original Kingdom Hearts was very fucking frustrating with that camera. Perhaps with Birth By Sleep on a console, they'll put proper camera control in for there as well.

That and later on fighting Xaldin. Jesus christ talk about infuriating. And I get to do it all again on critical mode when 2.5 comes out. THANKS SQUARE ENIX! :v:
I seriously broke my PSP at the final battle of Birth by Sleep, so now i can finally finish the game. Or i will break my PS3.. One of the two...

Xaldin's unavoidable dragon cyclone attack, though, can be avoided merely by using Reflect, which makes you invulnerable for the duration and thus the only way to actually not get hit by that shit. When Kingdom Hearts 2 got hard, damn did it get hard. Either by making the enemy hard to hit / invulnerable (by frames or by status), or by making them hit you really hard. And then you play the Final Mix version on Critical Mode.. :suicide:
kh2 is piss easy kh2.5 critical is an entirely new game doesnt save the godawful story though
[sp]They can't expand on anything anymore without having to pull a lot of things out of their ass now after what happened in DDD[/sp]
no? DDD literally set them up for kh3
