Recently, due to the medication I've been on, I've gained a few pounds in my stomach and also in my thighs. I've been able to tone up my stomach a little more but I have no idea how to start toning my thighs. (other than squats / lunges) Any suggestions would be wonderful, I like yoga a lot but I'm open to anything.

im fairly sure [url]http://www.stumptuous.com/workout-1[/url] is aimed at women so you can do that if you want but the whole bulking/cutting things guys do isn't so much of a good thing for woman to do ( unless you like being fat i guess ) so just try to eat more meat but stay around the same caloric amounts
Wall-sits. Do them everyday and don't stop until it hurts.
Deadlifts will help shape dat butt
