It's called Six Flags Over Georgia but it might be better to call it Six Flags Under Water today.

Torrential rains across the Southeast have left entire communities under water. One of the areas under water is the amusement park Six Flags Over Georgia.
Video of a roller coaster with sections of the track under-water were broadcast around the world.
The park was not scheduled to be open today. It's next scheduled day to be open is Saturday. No information had been posted on the Six Flags Web site on Tuesday about whether the park will be able to be open by the weekend.
With Six Flags under water today, expect there to be a lot of clean-up and ride inspections before the park can fully reopen.
There is more rain possible across the Atlanta area for several days. There could be another 3-5 inches of rain in the area.
The storms have claimed 15 lives across the Southeast.
Authorities urged people who don't need to drive to stay home, a day after Georgia Gov. Sonny Purdue declared a state of emergency in 17 counties.
in other news a new waterpark opened today...
Holy crap mother fucker. That is wack
If it is over Georgia how can it be flooded
Would be fun to ride underwater
Well placed Insurance ad.
It's not heavy rain, its the Six Flags expanding their park through the use of water rides.

Until the car stops underwater and all the people inside drown
The devil went down to Georgia.
Who wants to bet that Six Flags will refuse to repair the park and just leave it there like they did with New Orleans?
Yeah, Atlanta got romped by these floods.

Final Destination
It would suck hard if a Hurricane all of a sudden slammed into the lower east-coast.

Yea, I would love to see it do more damage. Especially that the areas affected, are like 250 miles inland.

I went there once, two years before Katrina came.

It's only been 2 days, I don't think our summer break gets taken away unless it's 3 days.
actually it's only been one day, today, but it just got announced that school is canceled tomorrow too.

they'll probably take out teacher workdays before they take out your summer holiday, if your school system has teacher workdays.
Think of it, underwater amusement parks

You mean I had the swine flu? You're just angry because you go to a ghetto school.
ONTOPIC Six Flags doesn't look entirely underwater, I saw pictures from a news website with an entire elementary school underwater.

I used to live in Gwinnett county.
Hearing georgia flooding is like hearing that pigs now fly.
Seriously, last time I lived down in those parts, we had droughts more often than not and had to do water rationing. Nothing serious, but rain sure didn't happen too often.
Last week I paid $100 to go on a trip there with the model united nations.
We're supposed to be going there Sunday before we debate for two days straight.
Fuck.
