Can anyone help me with this? I've had three BSoDs within the past day and have no idea what is causing the sudden surge of CTDs. Here's the error log:
Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 Additional information about the problem: BCCode: 116 BCP1: FFFFFA80064B0010 BCP2: FFFFF88001408768 BCP3: 0000000000000000 BCP4: 000000000000000D OS Version: 6_1_7601 Service Pack: 1_0 Product: 768_1 Files that help describe the problem: C:\Windows\Minidump\072612-14414-01.dmp C:\Users\Tommyface\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-24507-0.sysdata.xml Read our privacy statement online: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=104288&clcid=0x0409 If the online privacy statement is not available, please read our privacy statement offline: C:\Windows\system32\en-US\erofflps.txt
If I can't fix it I'll probably just reformat, but some help would be much appreciated if I can just fix it. Are the BSOD codes random or consistent?
Yeah. 0x00000116 atmikmpag.sys. Every time.
Try performing a clean install of a set of updated video drivers. If that doesn't fix it then try a clean install of some rollback drivers a version or two previous to the current set. [editline]29th July 2012[/editline] Use driversweeper for a clean install.
Looks like that did the trick, thanks a lot!
