Since I messed up my Linux installation (grub doesn't give me the option to boot windows and instead goes straight to Linux Mint) I was thinking of just reformatting my laptop and starting over. The problem is that my laptop didn't come with a Windows installation disk, it was just shipped with it pre-installed. This presents a problem as now I cannot reinstall Windows without buying another copy. I've backed up all of my documents and things to an external hard drive, so if something does go wrong all is not lost, however I wouldn't like it to come to that. How can I do this then?
Also, once I have installed it, how do I redownload drivers if the ethernet/wifi drivers aren't there in the first place?
