Here is what I think. The universe is part of a system of other universes all which are the same except for one difference, they all have different probability that is that what happens in one doesn't happen in another. Now these are the universes which are basically doppelgangers only differing in their probability which are contained within one great dimension known as a 'Multiverse'.
There are more of these Multiverses with their own natural laws, so what I am saying is that in our Multiverse there is the doppelganger thing with the universes but in other Multiverses things might be abit different (i.e. they are very different, they don't expand, some expand but some implode etc.) or if they don't have the natural law allowing for the containment of universes then they are just dimensions. This could be due to different energies, the differing 'behaviour' of atomic particles in these dimensions (i.e. they are different to protons, neutrons and others etc.) or something else possibly.
These great dimensions are all part of one Grand Reality known as an Omniverse. This translates to 'All Reality'. This is probably a mass reality constantly expanding because of the rapid multiplication and destruction of dimensions within it.
Now I am studying cosmology and abit of quantum physics so honestly my understanding of this whole subject is moderate so please be nice about your criticisms. What do you think of my theory? Does it sound logical?
Lay off the acid, dude.
Thank you, Michio Kaku (and Brian Greene), for restating a theory created six years ago

Not at all.

Whoa
This isn't a new theory at all.
My head hurts.
Uhhh what?
This isn't a new theory at all.
I never said it was original, I think some swedish scientist cae up with something like this but knew more about atomic particles and the nature of Dark Energy to explain it more.
The universe is everything.
There is no other one.

So it's not really "your theory" at all.
You do realize that you're talking about parallel universes, right? Everyone knows what that is.
Theory you say have evidence to support it, if not it's hypothetical.
Some of that is almost word for word in a documentary I saw about this.
Known Theory. And like most Theory's about the universe it lacks proof.
My theory is that we're all living in a simulation, and in the real world we're actually just living batteries for the machines we created.
So, the differences in each of the infinite universe is that there is something slightly different to something as drastic as all men in this universe is a female there and vice-versa? That is what I think.
I'm getting awful deja vu from the theories presented in the book Timeline, theories that, if I remember correctly, Michael Crichton attributed to the correct scientists who came up with them in the bibliography.
And I bet those scientists would kick your pretentious ass.
So it's not really "your theory" at all.
My hypothesis and interpretation.
we exist because god makes more sense than this
i mean the theory itself made sense but you completely fucked it up nice job
You do realize that you're talking about parallel universes, right? Everyone knows what that is.
Yea like horrific places where women are treated equal. I can't imagine such a place. It's a good thing our universe discriminates.
I always wondered: why do people come up with their own theories about the world around them instead of actually learning what has already been discovered and confirmed first ?
to the OP, to start with - do you understand what a dimension you are talking about is ?
Hey OP: What's beyond the Omniverse?
:wtc:
Lul wut
Hey OP: What's beyond the Omniverse?
Omniverse, it is 'All Reality' meaning All so beyond that is just more space or other dimensions.
we exist because god makes more sense than this
Please don't bring religion into this discussion, why is it that in all the threads I start I get a christfag who preaches more non-sensical crap about Jebus and Dah Lowd.

Well for starters you have a pretty stupid idea on what is already known. We still don't know everything there is to know about even bacteria as simple as they are, we don't know everything about the human body and we don't know (or ever will know) about the Earth and even the whole universe. What I am saying is that it is beneficial for the constant thinking and creation of new theories challenging old ones for the progress of our species, this way we correct ourselves and improve our understanding of how certain things work. I know it sounds really fallibillistic to say so but I think I do speak the truth on the nature of modern science.
A dimension is another way for me to say reality or universe.
I'll stick with the Copenhagen Interpretation for now.
Omniverse, it is 'All Reality' meaning All so beyond that is just more space or other dimensions.
Yes, but what is beyond everything?
Yes, but what is beyond everything?
That is a question nobody could answer. What I have been explaining is that 'All' more of expanded than what we think.
My theory is that we live in the only universe that ever existed/exists
