Okay, first off I live in the United Stated of America I need this computer for games like Crysis, CoD MW2, source games, and various other games that are less demanding that crysis.
I need everything (except case, HAF 932):
20in monitor
32GB SSD (boot drive)
Storage drive (more than 300GB)
CPU
GPU
MOBO
PSU (modular please)
RAM (6GB)
Keyboard
Mouse
Headset
Speakers
OS
ect. (whatever I left out, or whatever I would need)
so, thanks in advance FP
Gave it a try.

You don't really need headphones though.
-snip- nevermind

Why that keyboard? It would probably take MONTHS to get used to typing on it, and probably wouldn't feel right at all for a long time if you have always used standard keyboards.
My school have those. I love low lying keys but its realy weird and pretty uncomfertable and the keys break quite alot

Just remove the case. I had that saved up, had to modify some stuff to make it work for you but yeah.
It doesn't have a headset though.

The mouse is a personal thing. I have a Razer Deathadder and I like it, it works. Just pick out the Mouse and Keyboard that you like/perfer.

V8 is outdated.
V8 is outdated.
Doesn't mean it isn't good. That's like saying the WD 1TB Hard drive is outdated. doesn't mean it can't hold 1 TB worth of info.

Bad analogy.
It is outclassed by newer coolers, but this is all unnecessary and irrelevant if he isn't overclocking, in which case he wouldn't need any but the stock cooler provided with retail CPUs.
V8 is very awesome

He's got a $2000 budget. He should have an after market cooler.

I heard the Intel stock cooler sucks. Or does it just goes for the i7's coolers. All I know is that

Research and know for sure before you post.
Research and know for sure before you post.
I don't like researching something small. Anyways, I have an i7 and an aftermarket cooler helped big time when I overclocked and game. Also, I never know something for sure before I post, I just edit after. Also, the cooler you keep your parts then the longer they'll last.
Saying Intel has shit coolers isn't a small thing.
Back up your accusation, otherwise it sounds like bull shit.
I never said they had shit coolers, you're twisting my words. I said that Intel doesn't have the best coolers, they work don't they?
Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2.

?????
Oh damn, caught me red handed.
Alright, what I meant is that it isn't the best cooler if you plan on gaming or render and such matter. It works and it keeps your CPU Temps from boiling water but yeah. When I was playing MW2 on Intel's Stock cooler then my i7's temp went up to 70'C for some reason.

i7s are supposed to run hot.
Yeah but the i7s are only suppose to reach 80+ before it can be damaged.
Anyways, the i5 does run hot too so eh.
He's got a $2000 budget. He should have an after market cooler.
Still.. These coolers aren't cheap, and the stock one will keep the temperatures well within acceptable levels, so long as the case isn't an air-flow nightmare.
Here's a good cheap one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065&cm_re=212%2b-_-35-103-065-_-Product
Prolimatech Megahalem.
I would rather pay $30 for a cooler that does just as well, than pay $80 for slightly better cooling.
Does he REALLY need 8gb ram? He's only gaming... 4 is a good number... and it would save him alot of money, about 100 dollars less than thyat 8gb one
And here is my build.

And if you have extra money get this sound card.

1.) 2k budget = i7/1366
2.) SSD's on the 2nd and 29th post = Multi Lane Cell which lasts 5 years, then tells you its screwed and needs a replacement soon but keeps your data(5 years depending on read/write frequency e.g O.S on your ssd = high freq read/write) Get an SLC
3.) That v8 doesnt fit 1156

But again, he really does not need a cooler.
1.) 2k budget = i7/1366
How many times does this forum have to say it... The 1366 socket IS NOT NECESSARY, If he is gaming and using it in general, he will never see the difference... High-budget doesn't mean it can't be p55, my 2500 dollar build is P55 because I'm buying an SSD and other components that WILL give me an constant and noticeable performance/ease of use benefit.
