Alright, here are the specs: 1 x 250gb Western Digital SATA HDD (This HDD is from 2004 mind you, still works great) 1 x 60gb IDE HDD (I forget what the brand is, I'll check later) 4gb of DDR3 1333mhz RAM AMD Phenom II 965 X4 @ 3.4ghz (north bridge is running at 2.2ghz) nVidia PNY GTX 260 Core 216 896mb (Still runs most games at max, or near max @ 1600 x 900) Cooler Master 310 Case 1 x DVDRW drive (I forget the speed, but I am pretty positive it can at least burn DVD's at 8x.) Cooler Master 600watt PSU 3 case fans, 2x80mm (One has blue LEDS) and one 60mm or something like that. (The fan in the front of the case has a damaged fin, but it is out of sight and have noticed no difference in it's capacity) Here is the case: [editline]16th March 2011[/editline] I put it together myself. I wasn't sure which section to put this in. I would include Windows 7 Ultimate, and also include Crysis Maximum Edition, Resident Evil 5, and Oblivion GOTY Edition. And wireless mouse+Keyboard by Logitech.
Sounds a lot better than my computer! >.<
I'd say 500$-600$
I'll say a fair price would be $450-500 (without OS) but if you try you can probably get quite a bit more if you pick the right person to sell to
but if you try you can probably get more from selling it to an illiterate
leave that to companies like alienware and apple
why not take advantage of them I know I would
why not take advantage of them I know I would
its dishonest unless its someone who really deserves it, not some random kid from the hood
I would include Windows 7 Ultimate, and also include Crysis Maximum Edition, Resident Evil 5, and Oblivion GOTY Edition. Oh, and mouse and keyboard. Both Wireless, shared, by Logitech.
Why are you selling it? You can just upgrade the GPU and have a nice system.
Why are you selling it? You can just upgrade the GPU and have a nice system.
I am just considering it as I barely game anymore.
possibly around 700-800 dollars as my current build almost has the same specs.
its dishonest unless its someone who really deserves it, not some random kid from the hood
It's not dishonest. It's called a honest profit. If they're illiterate they should be looking before they buy and know what they're doing. You think Wal-Mart or Best Buy is gonna sell their PCs for how much their worth? Why not make profit?
possibly around 700-800 dollars as my current build almost has the same specs.
No not really. As a computer builder I would pay $550-$700 since it comes with a bunch of games and Windows. Because really for $800 I could build a slightly better PC. Though with that "cool" looking case you might get an illiterate to pay you almost a grand.
I have the same specs almost, except I got 500GB HDD. I'd say $650 with Windows 7.
Thank you all for the input. Considering all the people in my town are quite dumb for electronics, I could probably get $700 no problem. If I sell my old amp, I'll probably get a nice $1000+ laptop for all my music, recording, and editing etc. It would be nice to not be limited to a desk in my room.
Let us help you pick the laptop too!
