So I launched gta4 and episodes and it takes a few times to get social club to open and once thats open it most of the times crashes at the rockstar logos but if I can get past that it works fine. the only other game that has a problem is gta:sa which just crashes on startup. all my other games work fine. it happened after I installed drivers for my Bluetooth but I uninstalled the drives and the software but it still happens.
also here are the specs:
windows 7 64-bit
q9400
gforce 9800 gt
4GB of ram

BlueTooth has nothing to do with this, silly.

can't think about anything other than the Bluetooth. also I reinstalled it and it still does not work.
Try setting gtaiv.exe to run in compatability mode
If you're using any CD-Crack, make sure it's for the right version
And do you have a seperate soundcard installed? Some games dislikes the old soundblaster drivers.

My sister used a CD Crack for a legit reason, her disk for the Sims 2 was scratched and would not be recognised.

well after installing new drivers for my video card gta:sa works but gta4 still does not.
Try setting a different soundcard as your primary.
Also, when you reinstalled, did you reinstall the social club aswell? Try downloading the social club manually from rockstar's website.
