In the lights of the recent attack in Paris, the Dutch government acknowledged the peoples call for more checks on refugees that entered the country. Also, now news-reports begin leaking out about how the massive stream of immigrants has been handled thusfar. Despite previous claims from the IND (immigrationbureau) and high-profile politicians that every single refugee was thoroughly checked before being let into the country, it now turns out that they accepted 11.680 people without passports solely on information that was gotten during short interviews. The amount of 11.680 was 70% of total immigrants without passports. Why the other 30% was refused hasn't been made public. Quite scandalous if you ask me. They told the people they were being careful, yet they believed people on their word without any checking or any means to do so.
Telegraaf.nl source Nu.nl source
For FUCKS sake. Swear we've got a gaggle of retards as government.
Instead of rejecting these people they're going to frisk refugees all the time, check all their mobile phones all the time and make complete biometric scans.
i swear the entirety of SH has polarised with their opinions. didn't we have a moral responsibility to take the refugees? i remind you, there were only 8 (9?) attackers in paris and not all of them are confirmed to be refugees. its not like they've let 12,000 jihadists in, you xenophobic nobs.
If there is ever a terrorist attack here and some got in via this, fuck the government like holy fuck. I am not against refugees but for FUCKS SAKE THEY DONT EVEN HAVE PAPERS? Not that papers are hard to fake but FUCKING STILL REALLY?
i remind you, there were only 8 (9?) attackers in paris and not all of them are confirmed to be refugees.
thats pretty much 100% irrelevant
thats pretty much 100% irrelevant
care to expand?
For FUCKS sake. Swear we've got a gaggle of retards as government.
That the politician that got shot and killed seemed pretty great, on immigration at least.

We are just saying... Dutch people weren't exactly keen on taking in a massive amount of people that have shown themselves to be poor at integrating within Dutch culture and society. The government promised us they'd be careful and that they'd screen them for how much of a refugee they were, and if they had links to terrorism. Now it turns out they didn't do any of that, and they just seemingly let people in at random. If this doesn't make you angry, that's fine, but stop calling people who feel betrayed by the government xenophobe or racist. It's truly so incredibly childish and idiotic of you to only be able to form such incoherent and simplistic views.
care to expand?
so you find it okay that a government lets in 12000 refugees who dont have papers to proof that they are indeed from war-torn countries AFTER they fucking promised NOT TO DO THAT? That's okay according to you?
didn't we have a moral responsibility to take the refugees?
No Besides that, you completely missed the point of why this is bad and went on to call everyone a xenophobe instead Congratulations, you're the problem

[editline]17th November 2015[/editline]
For FUCKS sake. Swear we've got a gaggle of retards as government.
Well on the upside, if something bad does come from this at least you all have good reason to kick them out. [editline]17th November 2015[/editline] The politicians of your government I mean, not refugees in general.
Four days ago Paris was attacked, and there was evidence for ISIS sneaking with the swathes of refugees.
You don't blame the refugees, you blame the terrorists.
And yet the current government keeps complaining about the opposition getting more support by the day. Is that any surprise with how fucking incompetent the current government is? Jesus fuck, it is like a non-stop shitshow of total incompetence with a good dose of corruption on the side. Also, 12000 without paper, what the fuck, we got between 40000 and 60000 (planned amount by the current government) refugees this year, didn't we? How does such a huge number without any sort of identification ever got accepted? Doesn't the government care about our national security at all at this point?
Yeah dude just let all them die in syria!!
Dude, a dutch life is worth more than a arab's, didn't you go to the stormfront meeting? Also, to future people who are saying that it's not Europe's problem, have you forgot about the whole Iraq war that your governments participated in? Guess what group spawned from that?
Yeah dude just let all them die in syria!!
Because that's totally what he was saying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :downs:
Could you guys stop with the retarded pseudo-neonazi shitposting? edit: thanks
You don't blame the refugees, you blame the terrorists.
I just said that there was evidence found that they had snuck in with the refugees. I did not say it was their fault.
Yeah dude just let all them die in syria!!
Yes because clearly that's what I said.
You don't blame the refugees, you blame the terrorists.
And you blame the government for accepting them and you blame the outrage culture that demanded we get refugees here without doing the fucking due diligence m.
No Besides that, you completely missed the point of why this is bad and went on to call everyone a xenophobe instead Congratulations, you're the problem
Ha ha ha. So what was the solution again? Let them chill in a war zone? It wouldn't matter if even all of the Paris shooters came in as refugees because that is still a number in the double digits at max amongst THOUSANDS.
And you blame the government for accepting them and you blame the outrage culture that demanded we get refugees here without doing the fucking due diligence m.
Yeah, basically people need to put their shit together and actually have a concrete talk about this issue instead of taking unclear measures
Yes because clearly that's what I said.
He didn't outright say it, but what other option is there. Either they stay in the country or they get deported back to Syria, where there is a pretty high chance where they will die by ISIS hands.
i swear the entirety of SH has polarised with their opinions. didn't we have a moral responsibility to take the refugees? i remind you, there were only 8 (9?) attackers in paris and not all of them are confirmed to be refugees. its not like they've let 12,000 jihadists in, you xenophobic nobs.
They're just concerned that there was a lack of security measure, they're cool with the refugees. That vulnerability can be easily exploited by those who insist on committing harm.
Dude, a dutch life is worth more than a arab's, didn't you go to the stormfront meeting? Also, to future people who are saying that it's not Europe's problem, have you forgot about the whole Iraq war that your governments participated in? Let them chill in a war zone?
You two are seriously so dishonest that it's not even worth talking to you guys anymore. You try to argue on the basis of false dichotomies, and the only real tool that you have is calling people racist and xenophobe. You are seriously THE problem, that is preventing adequate debate to make sure we solve this in the best way possible for the refugees AND the natives of countries where they are being sheltered. I dispise how you two present yourselves.
He didn't outright say it, but what other option is there. Either they stay in the country or they get deported back to Syria, where there is a pretty high chance where they will die by ISIS hands.
Or, cryonically freeze them for the future generations to worry about.
Was quite a uproar here when they wanted refugees here, local government decided not to continue the program :v:
He didn't outright say it, but what other option is there. Either they stay in the country or they get deported back to Syria, where there is a pretty high chance where they will die by ISIS hands.
Again false dichotomy.... stop that. You're not presenting your case in any way that's contributing anything. And so what is your suggestion really? Instead you prefer taking in 12.000 people about who we know nothing and amongst who there may also be ISIS-terrorists so that the refugees can now proceed to also be slaughtered along with the Dutch natives in the Netherlands? That's completely insane.
Your argument is nonsense, a native's life is practically always worth more than a foreigner's, especially if that foreigner doesn't have any useful skills or education, there's a reason most countries rarely accept refugees, and have strict immigration policies.
I disagree. On a human level both are equally valuable. The point is however that this doesn't mean that the Dutch people are obligated to take 100.000 refugees, and the economic and logistical problems that come along with them. We can't allow the Netherlands to import the worlds problems and turn this into a shitty place as well, just because of solidarity. Especially not when the majority of polls show that the people do NOT want it... The government has no mandate to force things upon it's citizens, and at the moment they don't care whatsoever what the people want. Completely anti-democratic, and therefor wrong.
