I'm looking for a new laptop that will run the newest games coming out this season. I have about $1000 dollars to spend and would like to stay under that budget if possible.
This laptop doesn't need to be very portable but I will be taking it to work with me for use while I stay in a hotel. I would also like it to have a numpad on it. Touchpad isn't all that important
because i will generally always be using a mouse with it. I would also like a larger screen size 15in+. I've been looking around on newegg myself but i'm pretty much completely illiterate when it comes
to what specs make a game run better and getting bang for my buck.

A little tip, google the laptop's graphics chip and click the Notebookcheck result. They have a few benchmarks with various games which will allow you to get a basic understanding of how powerful it is. Another note, you shouldn't need more than 4 GB of RAM if you're just gaming.
EDIT: The third one on your list isn't bad.

These other computers I'm seeing seem to have either one thing or another, never everything, and they cost more too.
This gaming machine has a 560M, but unlike the last laptop suggested, not only has an i5, but an i7 for 67 bucks less ($1,033.00). That doesn't even include free shipping, so you'll save even more. This laptop has insane future-proofing, which you'll realize as you read on. It's got 8 GB of RAM unlike the other's 6 GB at the same speed. There's 2 extra RAM slots so you can upgrade your computer. In addition, the well-placed fan exhausts at the back of the computer make this laptop great for overclocking. There's also a button which automatically overclocks the CPU, which is pretty sweet.
You also get 1920 x 1080 resolution, which while might hold your games back a bit, you'll be able to watch videos in 1080p, as well as just have more pixels on your desktop and more room to work with. You can always lower the games resolution, but it won't be at native resolution. You get the same 640 GB of hard drive space, but it's a bit slower than above's at only 5400 RPM compared to 7200 RPM, but that doesn't really affect gaming too much.
I just put my order in for the above. Thank you for the help with the research <3
hopefully it will get here monday

Did you ever get your laptop yet? If so, how is it?

The Gigabyte P2532N.
Comes with an i7-2630QM, GeForceGT550M 2GB, Upgrade to 8GB of ram. The screen is a beast, best laptop screen on the market, I've seen it. It's a top quality machine and it isn't made in China (much better than Asus). I know it's over budget, but if you save a bit longer it's worth it.
