From what I understand the ToR is that when you go faster (not just like 10mph faster, I'm talking about minuscule fractions of the speed of light) time slows down for you, but you'll perceive it as everything around you speeding up Although considering my track record with knowing things I wouldn't be surprised if I was wrong with one or more of those details, or the whole thing itself
