Not sure if I can post a link to an offsite episode, so I'll withhold until a mod can clear it up.
To those who saw it, I found it quite a good episode. At least on my opinion :buddy:
[sp]Also parodies Katy Perry from the Muppets segment.[/sp]
snip
I loved the after credits scene with Moe and Katy Perry. :v:
[sp]"I'll just kiss your belly button."
"That's not my belly button"
*stops*
"But I didn't say stop"[/sp] :q:
1st part: [sp]I knew that Santa was lying, but it was alright.[/sp]
2nd: [sp]Inglorious Basterd/Bitch Marge(she killed the damn Nazis)[/sp]
3rd: Boring
4th: Funny I guess.
However, isn't Lisa supposed to be a "freaking" Buddhist and supposed to tolerate Christmas? She is starting to act like the asshole of the series, like Brian, and Peggy Hill(being the asshole of the series is not good).
If you want to know what she did, [sp]She taped their Christmas tree with the crime scene type of tape, stating how it was pagan and its wrong to cut down or buy a Christmas tree.[/sp]

Yeah they dedicated a whole episode to that before.
[editline]7th December 2010[/editline]
when she first became a Buddhist.

I know, and yet she either forgot about the whole "coexist with other religions, can celebrate Christmas," or she is a hypocrite or an annoying tree hugger. I pick the annoying hypocrite and a tree hugger.
for some reason they looked kind of short in this episode
the adults at least
The Fight Befo-
Wait, wasn't that the name of the Powerpuff Girls Christmas Special however many years back?
Which begs an ever bigger question:
They're still airing the fucking Simpsons?

Yes they are, deal with it, and it's not like they have a defiant ending yet.

ach Lisa used to be my favourite character.
I really want a Muppet Moe (Moeppet), just so I could throw him at women who look like Katy Perry.
I haven't watched The Simpsons in years, it seems to have dipped in quality over time
I don't know why is everyone thinking that Simpsons are worse, they are just different.
i also don't know why you three guys up there started with I at the start of your sentence. :smug:
I was showing my opinion. Although I hate how Lisa is slowly becoming one of those people that protest anything meat related. Hell, even the episode where she became a veg she was taught to accept others.
90s episodes are where its at
I hate holiday specials , except of the one from It's always sunny
Lisa is a dick as of lately. But yeah, this season and the past few have been pretty lame. I guess they are running out of jokes.

Like I said, she is becoming what Brian Griffin and Peggy Hill became(a know-it-all liberal asshole).
Except she is buddhist, and can't tolerate Christmas because of the "poor trees" and how its pagan. Even if her family celebrates it, you don't just ruin Christmas because your family got a Christmas tree that was cut down. While you're at it, why not protest about Thanksgiving about the turkey being killed, or football again, or what about the 4th of July? I can see her protesting about that:
"wah wah, the air, the fireworks are messing the environment up and its too loud. Also, you idiots are eating meat, that is wrong."
Lisa changed from a funny girl who is naive to a liberal intolerant bitch.
She was a dick to provide a story, and to justify a lesson.
What lesson is that? Besides the whole "not all people love or celebrate Christmas(or it being from a pagan source, or being commercialized)."
Sure, the Inglorious Basterds parody was funny, and showed Marge being a badass, but what was the lesson with her taping the christmas tree and complaining about Christmas?
The Simpsons are all about lessons worth noticing, then the characters go back to the way things were, until they change their opinion on what they see and do in a episode on what's wrong or right. Or then it's just gonna be another wacky adventure without them disagreeing with one another.
Ha, I just now watched this. It's funny in that comforting sense. Not superLOL funny, but warranting a few chuckles every now and then.
I enjoyed it. Like the ganja reference within the first 3 minutes. Katy Perry also looked smoking.
