Lulzsec != Anonymous
Lulzsec is probably guys from 4chan infuriated by sony's anti piracy hunts. Edit: Also traced and arrested for using LOIC :downsbravo:

You know what? I used to sympathize with Anonymous. I thought it was kinda cool what they were doing, how they were sticking it to the man, etc. etc. But man, looking back, all this seems somewhat childish. I am of the opinion that what started as a crusade for internet rights/freedom/whatever has devolved into a bunch of people causing chaos, while hiding behind the banner of righteousness. Right now, I just hope they all grow up and get over themselves. And yes, I know that LulzSec isn't officially Anonymous, but I think at heart they are. At the very least, they come from 4chan. I don't find it credible that they aren't. Perhaps they are a splinter group, but they are clearly cut from the same cloth. All their actions and such are in-line with Anonymous' tactics and their mentality.
I hope they arrest the leader of anonymous soon!!!
Some of the "proof" they found to charge those guys (Apart from the chatlogs, etc...):

The primary problem is that anybody can pick up the mantle and perform acts under it, something the media doesn't seem to grasp very well considering that they always write about them as if they have a central command structure or as an organised force. So while you may have those within their ranks who have honourable intentions and genuinely do want to only target the corrupt etc, there are also those who do things like hacking random companies for the sheer sake of it. Further adding to the problems is that it seems to inherently target the young. The way I see it is that all of the kids, the twelve year olds etc see anonymous as an adventurous and rebellious sort of group. No doubt this is helped along by their dumb "We are legion" chant and stuff. So I feel that it is likely that the wrong sorts of groups get in on this stuff. So while Anonymous it's self may proclaim that it has noble intentions, the many flaws of the very group and the fact that it is internally splintered into many, many countless "sub-factions" if you will, each with their own goals or twisted views of "noble intentions" make the group unlikely to ever be able to uphold any sort of coherent philosophy, let alone be able to act on their apparent good intention on any scale larger than a few isolated protests (see their actions against Scientology) or leaking of emails pointing to corruption within certain companies. And that's what I believe leads to things like the recent spates of seemingly pointless hacking, and possibly the formation of groups such as Lulzsec. I hope all of that made sense :ohdear:

Anyone can do whatever he wants and mark himself as Anonymous.
My sister has a Guy Fawkes mask. She's a big fan of V for Vendetta.
Do they have chatlogs of her trying to hack people?

Nobody expects the spanish inquisition.

I support lulzsec and anonymous, simply because they're fighting the power; sticking it to the man and that's like, totally rad.
