I brought this home from the flea market today and I don't have a clue how it works.
As far as I can tell, it doesn't take any batteries. And the only cable it has is this one:

A dollar.
That connector on that Cable kinda looks like Military type, I believe this thing connects to portable VCR which you probably don't have. You can try finding which wire goes were and connecting it to battery and see if viewfinder shows anything.
