I need help choosing my first real gun.

I am pretty much a noob as far as electric airsoft and am looking to buy a nice realistic gun.
I would like it to be
-under $300 (around $200 would be best)
-realistic to the real gun if its based off of a real gun. (fire rate, weight, size)
-scopeable with some sort of dot-sight
-automatic (duh its electric)
-I really like assault rifles and smg's (M4, PDW, RTC.)
If you know anything like this I would be very thankful if you posted it.

Also, I found these at a sporting goods store and I would like some input;
