• Making my brother's computer not suck (with a graphics card upgade, hopefully)

My older brother has had almost the same desktop computer for about five years. He received it as a going-to-high-school gift, and we haven't upgraded anything in it aside from giving it a larger hard drive, and a network card, which should give you a pretty good idea of how nice of a computer it was even then (Hint: not that great). Anyways, I'm pretty sure that the graphics card is in dire need of a replacement. He can't really play any games aside from TF2 for some reason (which doesn't work that well anyway) - Terraria, Minecraft, and the like tend to generate error messages referencing bad graphics. Here's a Speccy screenshot of his system: As you can see, the graphics card is an SiS 760, which has 64 megabytes of memory. That kind of sucks. Therefore, I'm looking for a half-decent, relatively inexpensive graphics card that will at least let him play games properly. If anything else badly needs an upgrade, I'd really appreciate suggestions for that, too. I apologize if anything I've mentioned is referenced incorrectly; I've never been that big on hardware. If not for that, I'd be doing more looking myself, but as I know nearly nothing on graphics cards I really don't know where to start. Thanks for your time.
Everything needs upgrading, not just the graphics card.
The CPU, Motherboard, RAM and GPU need updating, sorry mate. Maybe the new AMD APU, if he is running on that Machine the APU would be a improvement I geuss.

In that case, what are the things I should go for first, if not everything can be upgraded immediately?
Putting any money into that computer would seem pointless. I know our society is based on instant gratification, but if your brother can wait until he has enough money for a new build he should.
There are 300$ netbooks with better specs than that. He's going to need a completely new rig.
Lol at the Sempron...that CPU was made around '04.

One of the problems is that he doesn't really have any money, so this will hopefully act as some kind of inspiration. Thanks for the input.
