I write alright on facepunch when I'm not posting a one-liner punchline.. Capitals after periods, capitalized I's, my phrases run on and my ideas aren't always conveyed in the best of ways but thankfully people seem to understand me (mostly). If I write in a spelling or grammatical mistake and notice it later I edit the post and remove it.
My spelling errors are my fingers' fault, not my brain's.
I abbreviate a lot and I have a lot of bulletpoint lists if I'm trying to push out ideas.
On steam, I write sentences across multiple posts, the opening capital goes out the window and the ending period is never present. Additionally, I will write a part of a cut-up sentence without having thought of its end so I end up saying garbage.
On my phone, all bets are off. All apostrophes are gone, all capitals as well, it's a shitfest.
When writing an essay for a teacher, I've got short sentences, line breaks in appropriate places and I try to get in one uncommon word per 2 pages.
How about you? How well do you write on your fp/fb/steam/site/phione/email?
On Facepunch I just type normally. I use decent grammar, and I don't really go back and proofread myself very often. With the exception of when I'm posting ironically or sarcastically.
On steam it depends on whom I'm talking to. Same goes with my phone.
I always try to type properly, be it here, my phone, or steam. The smartness system helped me a ton in that regard. It has also made me kind of a grammar Nazi when in comes to my friends over text.
I type propperly regardless of where I am on the net, facepunch, facebook or wherever
if I'm quoting someone, I will use the same level/"style" of grammar he's using.
Like the usual style where people dont capitalize shit or use these all kinda dots like '",.--?? its gotta be pretty fuckin detrimental to you but IDK

Which is to say that I can write completely fine, and I guess I would encourage grammatical correctness, but time and again for reasons unknown I find myself producing some really retarded, pessimistic, demeaning and/or presumptuous bull-SHIT where grammar sits quietly on the side.. almost like being abused.
whilst chatting, in a game or outside one, i dont really use proper grammar and misspell a word every once and a while
whilst texting, tho, i try 2 save as much time as possible
If I'm Trying To Mock How Someone Types, I'm Probably Going To Try And Mimic It.
But pretty much anywhere else, I try to use the best grammar/spelling possible.
i can spel gud
My diction is usually similar but I tend to put less care into my punctuation and shit on steam and other chat services
Though sometimes I don't put a whole lot of care into my capitalization and stuff on FP but I usually try.
I don't really put much thought into how I type on forums. I just type, and go back to fix big typos.
On Steam/Facebook/Hangouts/SMS I don't care at all if talking to family or close friends. I'll even resort to txt-speak in games.
Other than that I try to type as properly as possible.
i stopped caring
i just kinda spit out some words and occasionally spell check
irl writing tho? as my woodshop teacher described it, "chicken scratch"
i write "correctly"
using all my apostrophes and whatnot
i hate it when people use an apostrophe to pluralize something, like my dog's are cool or my cat's are evil
you're retarded, that's not how it works
but i don't really care about capitalization
or periods
usually i'll just start a new line instead of a new sentence
on my phone it's the same, correct spelling and apostrophes, the only reason there are capital letters in my texts is because my phone does it automatically
one thing i've also noticed is a meme(?) i've picked up from the internet (from this site, i think) where you don't type the word pretty
as in say i'm saying "that's pretty cool"
you don't type pretty
"that's p cool"
i don't know why whoever started doing that started doing that, or why i decided i needed to do it as well, but now it's part of my internet speech and it's p lame
I write decently but I hate when people complain about how a person types, how they spell and punctuate. Like, who gives a fuck. You get the gist of what they're saying and that's all that matters; maybe the language isn't their first, who knows.
I try to write correctly, but I'm not that concerned about it if it isn't for a paper or something.
i write well enough here on facepunch i think. i tend to use lots of abbreviations but i keep my grammar in check. all i really don't fret over is capitalization

same with steam and text messages (probably at its worst on steam but obv not incomprehensible)
I spell pretty good most of the time but sometimes I can't be arsed and use u instead of you etc
I had a bad habit of capitalizing whatever i say, it was really trivial when people flat out mentioned it in threads it kinda pissed me off, so i stopped.
I type decent unless I'm talking to my friends in which case who gives a fuck.
I try my best to spell properly and use proper grammar on here, on Steam too unless I am talking to people I know don't give a shit about how you write.
English is my second language though so I do make mistakes a lot I guess.
I typically spell properly and have decent grammar. Although, I tend to make some mistakes from time to time, since I have no keyboard (fucking on-screen keyboard) and I don't bother reading what I've written before posting.
I'm not very smart, and I'm not insightful at the very least, so nothing I say ever really adds to any conversation.
On facepunch I try to be as formal as possible, unless the subject is just silly then I would just behave myself really.
On social networks I dont really put any effort into my typing, unless I was messaging someone important or writing out a small paragraph or whatever.
Usually I try to maximize my spelling and grammar, but if I'm skimming over what I just typed and notice a small error such as an uncapitalized 'I' or a small spelling mistake, I leave it.
When I write essays, however I tend to use unnecessary vocabulary, (because whats the point of knowing all these cool words if I'm never going to use them) and I sound like one of those 'reddit pseudo-intellectuals' that people make fun of.
I type with proper punctuation and spelling in everything.
except when makin crude joke lik ur mum
I type properly unless I'm shitposting or joking I guess.

I tend to type in sentences in new lines on Steam or another chat service.
Laconic.
I've honestly gotten super lazy lately, like I used to always type correctly/use proper capitalization but ironically started using stuff like rly instead of really or using ur instead of you're/your which has now stuck and I keep doing it
Also a lot of the time when people talk to me on steam I just want to reply with 'owned' and nothing else
I tend to type properly regardless of where I'm posting and I often correct grammar mistakes I've made if I come across them.
On forums and whatnot I'll try to keep my posts grammatically correct.
On steam it just depends on the person, but usually more laid back.
In video games I don't even care that much. If someone does get their panties in a bunch about it, I'll mock them by typing my previous message in verbose.
On facepunch I type with good punctuation and grammar, mostly because otherwise you'd get dumbed to hell (+ the smartness system way back conditioned us all to be grammar nazis).
On steam, I get so lazy lol, never use punctuation or even capitalize my Is or anything. I tend to have big conversations so I don't want to take the time to format
On forums, I usually try to keep my grammar and punctuation correct unless I'm tired or making a joke.
On Steam, I usually write less well with more mistakes and less checking of grammar.
