It follows the events of Lenny Cole, a London underworld crime boss, narrated by his second in command Archy. Lenny is working out a big deal with a Russian named Uri Omovich and is going to get a big sum for helping Uri. In a gesture of good faith, Uri gives Lenny his lucky painting. Uri also tells Stella, his accountant in London, to transfer Lenny the money for helping the building deal. On the other hand, a small gang called The Wild Bunch (consisting of three fellows named One Two, Mumbles, and "Handsome" Bob) get wind of the money transfer from Stella. Oh, the painting is also stolen from Lenny's house by his estranged stepson, crack-addicted rock star Johnny Quid, who is also thought to be dead. Crazy huh? The flim is fucking awesome. You could very well say this is Guy Ritchie standard, colorful characters and interlinking plots, but it's so good every time he does it. The Wild Bunch are all fucking hilarious. Check it out, for sure. Possibility of a sequel? At the end of RocknRolla, a message before the credits says "Johnny, Archy and The Wild Bunch will be back in The Real Rock N Rolla". So far, nothing has been said of a sequel. God I hope we get one tho.
First watched it about a year ago, have seen it twice since at different parties. I wouldn't call it a work of art, but I would call it a wonderful piece of entertainment. Great dialogue.
love it, but I like Lock Stock the most out of all of them.
It's entertaining for sure. But I wouldn't call it a great movie. [editline]04:51PM[/editline] I like Snatch most out of all Ritchie films. [editline]04:51PM[/editline] I love the struggle with Russians in this film.
I was kinda dissapointed after the greatness that was snatch and lock stock.
It was kinda different than Ritchie's previous movies, but I still thought it was awesome. Not as awesome as Snatch or Lock Stock though.
incredibly entertaining movie
Good, classic Guy Ritchie movie. Wasn't as good as his others though, in my opinion.
I just saw most of this on HBO and I was really surprised by how good it was. I'm going to have to watch the beginning though.
I found the part where Gerard Butler was raped by the two Russian guys was kind of unnecessary.
I effing LOVE Rocknrolla. It doesn't beat Snatch, but I think its better than Lock Stock.

I loved the part when they beat the living shit out of the two Russian Heavies, and they recovered incredibly fast after the fight.
Amazing film. Definitely recommend it.
Easily Guy Ritchie's worst film but that isn't saying much since he doesn't make terrible movies that often. This was still a great piece of entertainment but it was awful by Ritchie's standards.

Also, I really love this film. It's what got me into Guy Ritchie.
fanfuckingtastic
I loved Snatch, I should see Guy Ritchie's other movies.
I loved the part when they beat the living shit out of the two Russian Heavies, and they recovered incredibly fast after the fight.
I don't understand why filmmakers have such a hard time finding Russian actors though. I mean, I guess they looked the part, but they could barely speak and the subtitles were about as accurate as Youtube subtitles.
In my opinion "Snatch" is teh best Ritchie movie.
Not Richie's best but really enjoyable. I was rather excited about that seemingly non existent sequel, I was really starting to like Johnny at the end.
The was incredibly boring compared to snatch. but that isnt to say it wasnt a good movie. i just wish that [sp]annoying as crap chick was killed off sooner.[/sp] Like in the beginning of the film. She made it boring IMO. everything else was pretty good. wasnt as funny as snatch though.
I love the Johnny Quid character, he's so badass especially when [sp]he stabs the bouncer with a fucking pencil[/sp]

Good to see that it happened.
Odd movie. I did enjoy it though.
