Less dangerous than alcohol and tobacco, and you can OD from both of those but you can't from weed(If I remember right it was like 15 times your own body weight in 15 minutes to OD)
you can OD on pot you touch a blunt you die even looking at pot kills your eyes don't you look foxnews?
Wisdom.
I'm normally against drugs, but on the other hand, stoners are hilarious.
legal or not, people are still going to be doing it /thread
Congratulations you miss the point. Do you think It should be legal?
There are various medicinal purposes that weed can be used for, and California sees the benefit so you can get a medical marijuana card there fairly easily. The only thing that makes it dangerous is that it can effect your motor skills and reaction time (but so does Hydrocodone), so it's not safe to drive or operate machinery while high. Also, when you inhale the smoke from anything that is burning you are inhaling carcinogens but there are other ways to get the drug into your system. I think they should legalize it and tax it, that way we can help our economy as well as solving a huge legal loophole.

My approach to any weed debates now. I've discussed it enough. There is nothing more to say, and all I could do now is educate anyone ignorant to the facts, which is something I would never waste my time on. Weed's the shit, as long as you don't abuse it.
A few people smoke it around where I live, though never tried it myself. It seems fine to legalize it, when comparing it to other substances such as alcohol/tobacco, but the one thing I hate about it is the smell that sticks around to people. The smell of it sticks to anything far worse that tobacco/alcohol in my opinion. Some guys from the Uk might remember when smoking inside pubs was banned, and after a week the smell cleared up. Marijuana seems to stick and stay around, twice as strong.
I think cannabis should be legalized, because the penalties the government are putting for someone possessing weed is way higher than the damages of weed it-self.
Legalize everything. Or atleast, natural stuff (weed of course, shrooms, opium etc)
Do you think cannabis should be legal? I do seeing as it was only made illegal because america said they lost in vietnam because of it (which is a lie)
That's not even close to why it was made illegal. Do some research, gigsy!
The smell of it sticks to anything far worse that tobacco/alcohol in my opinion. Marijuana seems to stick and stay around, twice as strong.
No, it really doesn't. You clearly aren't very familiar with marijuana smoke. We can hotbox a fucking car with a good hour or two of smoking, and it will only take a few minutes of being outside to get the smell off our clothes. Tobacco smoke sticks to clothing/fabric/etc for much, much longer than marijuana smoke.
Fast Threads isn't exactly the wrong section. Asking a forum full of druggies if MJ should be legal is not exactly going to give a clear image of what Facepunch think.

They should have just DDT'd this thread, there isn't going to be much of a two-sided debate here...
I love how clear it is when it goes from GD to DD.

I don't think it sticks as much as cigarette smoke but saying that a hotboxed car smell will clear up in 5 minutes is a lie, even when not hotboxing, me smoking in a car while it's in motion with a little bit of the window open the smell was with me for the whole night, and my friends car where we usually hotbox smells like it all the time.

In my personal experience, it doesn't take more than a few minutes outside and a square to eliminate, or, at the very least, mask, the smell. You disagree? Good for you.

Weed smokes dispensars quite fast, but tobacco doesn't which is quite bitch, no??
Maybe my weed is stronger than yours :fuckyou:
Doubtful
No need for the shitty attitude
I'm in a shitty mood [editline]02:23AM[/editline]
Weed smokes dispensars quite fast, but tobacco doesn't which is quite bitch, no??
Agreed. I love smoking, but I hate smelling like a fucking ashtray, especially around my little brother
I gave you heart for reason, for a reason.
What is it you actually enjoy about tobacco? Just the act of smoking? I've never understood the attraction people have to it.
