Any way to import a Maya rig in 3ds Max? (.ma/ .mb)

Is there a way to get an object from Maya into 3ds Max with all of its elements intact? It's just a model file and rig.
Since they're both owned by Autodesk, is there any cross-application play?

Anyone?
I'd try collada, if you are using 2010 max it supports it without any plugins. Not sure about maya. It will export the entire model, aswell as the rig so it should do what you need.
I tried that. I got the model to switch over, but the rig did not.
Export as .obj in maya, and import the .obj in max..?

This, or try to export to the "autodesk" format.
