• Deciding on a Mechanical Keyboard

So my current keyboard is starting to lose the letter printing on them and the keys are wearing smooth. I want to get a mechanical keyboard with n-key roll over. I am trying to decide between the DAS Professional Model S Silent - $135 has 24% student discount, so $103 Cherry MX-Brown, Laser Etched Keys Deck Legend - Frost (Tactile) - $176 Cherry MX-White, Double Shot Molded and Dye Sublimated keys Deck makes the only back-lit mechanical keyboards I thought about getting a Filco but they are pad printed so the lettering will wear out just like my current keyboard. So I need opinions on which to get. I would also like other suggestions if you guys have it for good mechanical keyboards. I like linear and light tactile, nothing really loud so no blue cherry or buckling springs. Don't recommend the Optimus Maximus, I have a budget.
I've had a Filco tenkeyless w/cherry brown keyswitches and n-key rollover for maybe a little over a year. I don't have much to compare to, as this is really the only mechanical keyboard I've ever owned (really, how many people can afford more than one), but I've been satisfied with it. If anything, I would've gone with the cherry blue keyswitches instead, as these browns seem a little 'light' to me. I have not had any issues with the lettering wearing off, but it hasn't seen heavy use (I use my laptop a lot more than I used to) and I don't really see the importance of lettering if you know how to touch-type. If you're looking for information on keyboards, you might be better off searching geekhack.org than facepunch.
You are better off with the das, its cheaper and it looks nicer than the deck.
whast the point?
Can anyone suggest me a keyboard as well my budget is 500 NOK which is about 60€. Ive been using the S510 cordless keyboard from logitech as keyboard so far and i use an MX518 as mouse.
I should mention that the Filco keycaps are a little crappy and wobble just a bit. This didn't bother me specifically because the board fit all my other criteria (mechanical, small footprint, no number pad, n-key rollover), but I would imagine that this would bother many other people.
Why don't you just get a g80-3000 and save a few bucks
holy shit that backlighting is epic
