Basically, I have an old piece of shit tha tI just put Win XP professional on, but it doesn't have the drivers for my monitor, so I can't change the resolution past god-awful 640x480. Or I assume that's the problem. Regardless, I can't for the life of me firgue out how to connect it to the internet.
What I'm doing is connecting that PC to my Win 7 PC via ethernet cord, and the Win 7 is connected to a usb wireless adapter which in turn is connected to our router. ICS is turned on with the Win 7 PC, but the XP still can't connect to anything.
I am not good with computers in this sense, and I require internet. I'm coming to you, Facepunch, to help me.
Also, Google didn't point me anywhere that was helpful.

Oh, general specs:
Win 7 is Windows 7 Prof. 64-bit
the XP is Windows XP Prof. (I assume 32-bit)
It's a Belkin router and a Netgear wireless adapter.
I assume it more graphic card drivers that are stopping you from changing resolution and I believe you havent got the drivers for the motherboard which allow you to connect to the internet using the ethernet, so your going to have to download them manually or if that computer came with a drivers disk use that
Any update on this problem [Seed Eater]?
Well, I haven't had time to do anything with it. I'll fuddle around with it within a couple days, just check and see if this is bumped or not.
