• An Austrian Politician Was Accidentally Photographed Having Sex In The Forest By A Hidden Wildlife C
An Austrian politician is in line to get up to £16,000 ($25,000) in compensation after a hidden camera used for snapping wildlife photographed him having sexual intercourse in a forest. The politician, who has not been named, will get the money if a court rules the photographs violated his privacy. Carefully concealed, placed well away from areas frequented by people and packing motion sensors the camera was designed to record the wildlife of the forest in the Austrian region of Carinthia but instead caught the politician's physical liaison. Legal experts said the camera contravenes Austrian laws restricting the use of surveillance cameras. Hans Zeger, president of Argen Daten, an NGO specialising in data protection, said official permission was needed to place the camera, and "at the very least is should have been marked with signs so visitors could adjust their behaviour and avoid the monitored areas." But the Carinthia Hunting Society, the organisation which placed the camera, defended the use of the spying equipment. "I cannot say for sure how many cameras are in operation in forests in Carinthia as they do not have to be registered to us," said Freydis Burgstaller-Gredenegger, the society's manager. "We have never had any problems with the cameras up until now." She added that the cameras were generally used to record animal feeding patterns. So far the politician's blushes have been spared by the society decision to keep both the photographs and his name secret. Oh wow, I come in expecting this to be a scandal pretty much in Austrian politics, and then I see the first line about him getting compensation.

I hope the politician is not like American politicians: Old and wrinkly.
Its like fucking in someone's back yard and sueing them for looking.
Yeah, I can't believe he is trying to sue... Invasion of privacy?!?? YOU ARE IN THE WOODS! I can't run out into the middle of the interstate and sue every person who looked at me... Actually... be right back!
It ain't really a violation of their privacy if it they accidentally triggered a wildlife camera. They did it in the wilds, accidentally triggered the camera, so they should just chalk it up as an unfortunate accident.
Its a public place, photographs are perfectly legal. No breach of privacy at all.
Its like fucking in someone's back yard and sueing them for looking.
Okay no, its like suing someone for taking pictures of you in a public place, which, may I add, is indeed illegal in some places.
Now hold on, were the pictures distributed? If they were distributed I can see an issue here.
I can imagine the reaction of the wildlife camera operator when he first checked the camera. "OMG, it's the rarely seen Purple Pickle Pecker!"
.
In America, we have this thing called a reasonable expectation of privacy. So, everybody in Austria should go have sex in front of a camera and sue for money.
For some reason I'm just imagining Steve Irwin narrating "The mating behavior of the Austrailian Politician".
Wrong country.
I can imagine the reaction of the wildlife camera operator when he first checked the camera. "OMG, it's the rarely seen Purple Pickle Pecker!"
Of the one-eyed, one-horned, flying variety?
Its like fucking in someone's back yard and sueing them for looking.
My biology teacher once had a neighbor who pissed in his yard, and when my teacher recorded this as evidence to get him in jail, his neighbor sued him for looking. :v:
Now hold on, were the pictures distributed? If they were distributed I can see an issue here.
Nope, the pictures are only in the personal collection of the society that used the camera. No pics on the internets. For now, at least.
Thats what you get fordoing the verticle beepbop in a fucking forest.
I bet Will Smith has the tape.
Wow, he's suing? In my country, this guy wouldn't get compensated, he'd get torn to shreds by the media and most likely end up resigning because his career wouldn't survive the bad publicity anyway.
I thought forest fucking was big in Germany only, didn't know Austrians liked it aswell.
I thought forest fucking was big in Germany only, didn't know Austrians liked it aswell.
Well, they are right by each other, so I suppose it makes sense that it bled over into Austria some. :v:

I would understand compensating if the act was committed on private land, but if it's in a non-private space then compensation really doesn't need to be provided unless you happen to be feeling kind.
£16,000 for fucking in a forest? What would I get for waving my dick at traffic?
How the fuck can you claim the pictures violated your privacy when you boned someone IN THE MIDDLE OF A FOREST, A PUBLIC PLACE?!
How the fuck can you claim the pictures violated your privacy when you boned someone IN THE MIDDLE OF A FOREST, A PUBLIC PLACE?!
Politicians have a documented tendency to do whatever the fuck they like and be let off for it.
