I'm getting a new PC soon and I chose this nice model which is just around my budget.
Here are the specs:
AMD Quad-Core A10-4600M (3.2 GHz/2.3 GHz)
2 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 (1 x 2 GB)
500 GB SATA (5400 rpm)
AMD Radeon HD 7660G + 7670M Dual GPU (1 GB DDR3 dedicated)
I am wondering if I can run Sleeping Dogs and Skyrim decently on it. I need an answer ASAP.
If you only look at the RAM alone, I'd say no.

What about Fallout 3 and Skyrim? Can those two be run decently?

Those are Sandbox games and games like that are the ones who actually really need more RAM since you need to load big worlds.
RAM is not that expansive though

You can get 4 GB DDR3 strip for only 15-20 euro's these days.
Bought 16 GB of ram for my server yesterday. Set me back only about 70 euro's.

Get a Intel CPU - i5
More performance even if it's at a lower clockrate.
It will run just not very well.

Provided you upgrade ram to at least 4 GB.
Look at some ASUS, Sony, Sager pc's. They usually have a good GPU/CPU ratio and a re good quality.
Lol, did not notice that. 2gb is way too low except if you're running Windows 8 and only browsing lawl =D
What is your budget? I am sure Facepunch can find you something better.
