• Android Google "Unusual Traffic"

So i went on my android phone today and typed something in the google widget, i then got a long message saying that unusual traffic has been coming from my phone so i couldnt use google. After a few hours, it told me to type in a captcha to verify that i am human, however no matter how many times i type it in it keeps refreshing!!! This problem only works while i am on 4G, and using the google from the android browser, whenever i use Dolphin Browser (a browser mostly meant for browsing sites in non-mobile mode) it works fine, and whenever i use my wifi it works fine. My 4g worked last night and i havnt changed anything since then, i also used Mobile Norton and checked my data usage to confirm that some malware isnt sending stuff and im pretty sure im fine. ANYONE have any advice?

Im 100% sure the message is not malicious, as you can google search it and find many others with the problem and even google support pages about it.
