I recently finished building my own PC. Everything's fine except for when I install drivers for my Radeon 7970. When they're not installed my screen looks fine. But after installation the screen turns a bit blurry and the picture doesn't take up all of the screen. Only about 80% of it. I've tried installing from the website and from the disc that was included with it. Along with reinstalling and uninstalling several times to no avail. I've looked it up and found similar problems but not this exact one. Need some help on how to fix this.
My monitor is a Asus VH238H.
Look for an option in the GPU control panel called Overscan (My Digital Flat Panels > Scaling options.)
Change that, and then there may be an option for image sharpness on there too, if not, try the monitor settings.
On your monitor, hit "auto" it might help adjust it for you, I had to do that as well when I built my new computer.

That worked. Thank you.
