They could add third-party games, but who in their right mind would become part of a service that is notorious for DRM, up against Steam, and from a company that has evidence that it had a piracy rate of over 90%?
Actually, there are a few names flying around...
Ubisoft ditched their PC DRM. Their games only require a one-time online activation now.
