• Tips on keeping focused and relieving stress during Literature exam?

So I have a final exam in Literature in 4 hours and I studied a lot for it. However, the questions will be difficult and I'll have to write page-long answers, so I'm really nervous about it. Are there any tips on staying focused and relieving stress?
Play your favorite music in your head. That's what I do when I need to focus.
Don't look away from your desk no matter what you do until you finish.
Jerk while you work.
Take off your shoes during exams. If it seems like you're making great time, skip ahead and check the rest of the test. If it looks the same as what you've been doing decently with, take a short 3 minute break.

A serious answer from an actual Literature professor: The biggest factor in causing stress for essay exams is time. Make sure that you have an effective time management strategy. I'm not sure of the format of your test, but I would highly suggest reading all of the questions first, and then brainstorming on each question one at a time. Spend a lot of time brainstorming each question. Once your brainstorm is done, extract the best answers from it to answer the question. I also suggest answering the "easy" questions first. Not only will this boost your confidence, while you are writing on the questions you know, you might think of ideas for the other questions you are having trouble with.
A literature professor lurks FP? The world is going to end in 2012.
