An article on superstrats from Wikipedia.
Super Strat is a name for an electric guitar design that resembles a Fender Stratocaster but with differences that clearly distinguish it from a standard Stratocaster, usually to cater to a different playing style. Differences typically (but not necessarily) include more pointed, aggressive-looking body and neck shapes, different tonewoods, increased number of frets, and usage of humbucking pickups, and Floyd Rose tremolo systems. [1][2][3].
There is no formal definition of a superstrat[3]; the categorisation is still largely left to popular opinion and depends greatly on the artist(s) associated with a particular model and how it is marketed. Superstrats are generally suited for heavy metal music played with high-gain distortion.
I :h: Ibanez
Totally Jackson, I hate Ibanez necks
It's down to what guitars you prefer. In terms of build quality though, it would be none of those. You're looking at a luthier and several thousand dollars minimum.
Out of the four you've listed I've only played a Jackson RR and a bunch of Ibanezs, and I'd take my Ibanez RG7620 neck over anything right now. But seriously, go out and play a bunch of guitars and find out what you prefer.

Ibanez necks are too flat for me. Jackson necks feel more comfy.
If I wanted a superstrat I'd buy a Suhr.
