Cybergun has done so much for the Airsoft Community, thus far they've made some of the most recognizable weapons to the Airsoft community such as the Cybergun IWI Desert Eagle. Cybergun makes some of the finest AEG's in recent history, the ARES TAR 21 and VFC M4 being some of the most popular in this category. All Cybergun weapons have professionally etched trademarks and are usually complete 1:1 scale replicas of their respective real steel counterparts. Used primarily in Police and Military training Cybergun has found a new home amongst the recreational airsoft community. All Cybergun products are proudly made in America.

Common Misconceptions:
High FPS
The popular misconception of Cybergun weapons is the 'fake' FPS listings that are supposedly made using 12 gram pellets by supposed Youtube reviewers such as 'Tim' of ASGI and Shwell. Both these reviewers are wrong however. Cyberguns come from the factory with FPS readings of 400 and sometimes 500FPS but once they reach retailers they're modified with a technique known as 'spring melding' in order to reduce the recoil and make the weapons safe for recreational use.
All Cybergun Weapons are 'Clearsoft'
This is definitely not true. Although it is true some Cybergun weapons are 'clear' this is a design requested by the United States Special Forces and U.S. Airforce Para-Rescue to better teach recruits on the proper function of real firearms. Even so, a lot of fields forbid the use of 'clear' airsoft guns on the grounds they're 'unrealistic' and 'cheap' which is incorrect, this is typically an excuse to prevent injuries from the high performance weapons. Coincidentally some of these weapons have reached retailers such as Wal-Mart and Big-6 due to a shipping error.
Cybergun Is Killing the Airsoft Industry
Without Cybergun enticing professional players and novices alike to the sport they've alone saved the Airsoft industry from the recession. They make reasonably price replica weapons and the build quality exceeds most in the industry. Being the first Airsoft company in existence they've had plenty of time to prefect their formula of costumer service and quality control that continue to draw players world-wide.
I heard Cybergun is banned in Germany
True. Cybergun weapons are banned in Germany after a recent School shooting in Frankfurt involving the replica weapons that resulted in several deaths. The ban is still being contested in parliament.

that reminds me, digital camo is fucking terrible it raped my mother and father and took my land
I am the proud owner of a Cybergun CA M15.
I bought this gun right from the factory and clocked it at around 490 FPS. After playing with it in a game it shattered another player's glasses, nearly blinding him, so I was banned from that site. After some minor readjustments, I've lowered the FPS to a much safer ~350FPS for the safety of those under the misconception that my weapon is not brilliant.
The weapon itself is constructed beautifully. It looks almost exactly the same as my real M16A2. The only difference is the Cybergun CA logo on the magwell. I've never broken it to date. I even dropped it 20 feet down a building while rappelling down and it simply bounced off of the floor and landed with but a mere scratch.
10/10. I'd recommend it to anyone.
i wear x-camo, acus, and woodland digital m65 jacket
oh and my brothers ABU hat from basic training
I own a Cybergun Tavor. Beautiful weapon.

I have not seen any mention of Classic Army having any connection with Cybergun.
[editline]yes[/editline]
All Cybergun products are proudly made in America.
Classic Army products are made in Hong Kong(not a bad thing). Anyone care to elaborate? Is it that the trademarks are licensed by Cybergun? If so, that still doesn't explain this.
[editline]yes[/editline]
Armalite isn't even on their website.
[editline]yes[/editline]
I feel stupid now.
Cybergun licenced ICS AK-74M owner here. I love it.
Cybergun paid my debts off and sent my son to school
Oh my god, that deagle brought back so many memories playing in the back yard. Shit broke within 2 weeks.
Not sure about Cybergun and Classic Army, never heard of them working together in my 6+ years of airsoft. But I could be wrong and they just hide the connection really well.
I think the joke went over you, Ender.
:irony:
Cybergun and CA have no relation. When I saw this thread I was about to rage but then I lol'd.
[editline]18th March 2011[/editline]
Don't forget that Cybergun invented softair guns as well as the patented BAXS shooting system. Their Supersonic BBs are the best.

Yeah I'm not all here right now it would seem.

Yes. I always need my BBs to go at least mach 1.
I fucking love Cybergun. I can't afford Cybergun guns because my mom doesn't let me buy guns, but I have a Crosman R97 and a Crossdraw vest from CoD.
i can't tell if this is a joke.
How many people have died in Germany because of airsofting, goldenass?
(Cybergun) Smith and Wesson Sigma SW40f owner here. One of the most reliable and powerful guns I've used, though with a gun like mine, it is quite hard to find replacement parts or accessories.

Seems like Dr. Butthurt hasn't shown up yet
Cybergun raised my kids, I love them.
I have a story about Cybergun, but it's very horrific.
So, Cybergun comes home drunk one night. He stumbles in the door, and almost trips and spills BB's everywhere, but he caught himself and fortunately nothing broke. I ask him where he has been, and replies "Don't worry about it man, I was just out at the bar, having drinks with Umarex and H&K. Everything's chill bro, no worries here.". I know he's been drinking a lot, because I can smell overpriced tequila on his muzzle. I don't like when he gets drunk, because he gets belligerent and he prematurely fires and puts holes in my wall. I tell him to go to bed, it's late, and I have work in the morning. He says to me "Fuck you man, do you know what I do for a living?", I say, "Yeah, you license shit dude, then charge a fuck ton of money for whatever you're selling.", and he goes "Damn straight". He stumbles into the kitchen, falls, and I hear a snapping sound. I instantly knew what it was. A broken gearbox. He groans, and I walk over. I can tell he's in pain. He probably snapped a bevel gear and pulled a wire somewhere. He'll be sore in the morning, but feeling like I need to help out, I douse him in silicone spray to help keep him mobile. I help him up, and drag him to his room. This is when he starts getting mad. "Dude I can walk myself to my room, I don't need help.", and that's when I see it. He was shooting heroin again with Classic Army. I knew they were no good. What were they thinking trying to hook up with Cybergun? They must've been delusional. I'm getting too old for this shit. I knew G&G or G&P would've been better room mates. Hell, I would've taken Ares in, if it weren't for the fact he craps out every now and then, but then again he would've given me more rent money than I needed, which was a nice incentive. Cybergun falls in his bed, and I walk out, shutting the door behind me, but not before noticing pornographic magazines under his bed. They were made by Double Eagle and Well, so it was low quality stuff, with blurry images. Nothing of my interest.
I wake up the next morning to find out Cybergun pissed on my shoes, then OD's in my garage.
You're an amazing person! :buddy:
I have a cybergnu G11
prolly the best gnu evar adn it came wit VARIABLE ZOOM like BLACKOPS!1 it shoots crosman .12 bbs for 400ft and its SUPER ACURATE and is made by Classic Ares (lol, wtf is Clasic Army never herd of them) wich is even moar kickass and gas gasblowback even though its an AEG and ejects shells to :downs:
But with all seriousness, arn't the guns that Cybergun license pretty good? Like the fn2000 and the sig series made by ICS?
