I don't need a Hard-drive, DVD drive, Keyboard, Mouse or OS
Find me the most efficient/best build you can in the range of my budget!
Lmk if you need more info
Hmm, let me go get my receipt brb.
Edit:
Can't find it, must be under bed
Anyway.
For roughly $1700 I got the following.
24" screen 1920x1080
1TB HDD
6GB RAM DDR3
i7 920 @ 2.67Ghz (8 CPUs), ~2.8GHZ
GeForce GTS 250
Running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64x
Also got a speaker set and keyboard/mouse so I think it should fit in your price range.
It runs fucking awesomly.
Do you need a monitor?

Didn't include that in the list of things I didn't need, so yes.

GTS 250 on a i7 wtf, this is gaming not graphic design or what ever.
Nice build Ghostofme.
Does anybody else want to take a shot at a build?
Get a gtx 580 instead of 2 470s. Then come next year, you can just buy another 580.

Already tried. Not enough room for GTX 580. And GTX 470s will be just fine.

Then swap out the case.
That motherboard in the wishlist can't SLI. Change the GPU to a 580 and switch out to a different case and we'll look at motherboards that will still fit the budget with GPU upgradeability.
