LoopBe1 Virtual MIDI device program not installing successfully
27 replies, posted
I'm trying to install LoopBe1 to use a virtual keyboard program with MixCraft, but I can't finish the installation. I always get the error
"LoopBe1 Device Installation failed.
Aborting Installation".
Any way to fix this or is there another program out that with the same features as LoopBe?
try running as admin

compatibility mode for an OS you know it works on?
It says it works for Vista 32 bit on the install page.

maybe you have a conflicting driver?
does it say "show details" under the error?
No, but it has a show details button on the installation window.

did you try pluging in the device first then installing the driver? because it says "found 0 devices"
My device would be the virtual keyboard, which would connect to MixCraft, that's wierd

did you try not using a driver?
and why don't you have a couple of days.
That's one of the reasons why FL is better than mix craft, you don't need all that virtual midi crap.
Unless you have previous experience with Mixcraft, it will still take you a while to learn it.
Reason 4 is HELL compared to FL, so don't even start complaining about it being to hard to use, lol.
Also, most of the time you are producing on a PC you don't need a keyboard, you can just enter in your notes into the program. That is unless, you have lots of experience playing the piano.
Would so recommend FL stuido over mixcraft any day.
also, FL Studio has VST plugins, and can use soundfonts. (adding to my other post)
