I need a small application that can tell me how much traffic passes through a certain network adapter. I can tether my phone to my laptop with these $2.99 data day passes, tough their only 20 Megabytes. This is fine for IRC and browsing with images off, though I have no idea when I'm running out or if I even use that much.

[editline]09:23PM[/editline] Oh and it needs to show the AMOUNT downloaded / uploaded. Not the current usage.
Bandwith monitor has that stuff * Bandwidth Monitor detects network connections on computer it's installed on and monitors bandwidth through the connections * Display real-time download and upload speeds, and logs to history * You can view bandwidth usages reports by daily, weekly, monthly, and total in the software * The software notifies you to avoid going over bandwidth caps.

http://www.rokario.com/products/bandmon/2-0/ I use it, not a bad one. Free. Bandwidth Monitor is the best I have used by far though (paid, as stated numerous times, but worth it for super bandwidth conscious people).
