Hello everyone. There is a corrupted file in my Recycle bin. It can't get deleted from their, so I have to delete everything else manually. How do I remove it? Here's a picture:

I've used that before, and it won't allow anything to empty the Recycle bin.
Boot into a linux live cd and look at the contents of YourDrive:\$Recycle.Bin
You might be able to delete the file from there, BUT BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL.
Running checkdisk usually fixes corrupted files for me.
