I usually use WMP, and I'm fine with that.
Sometimes I use the last.fm radio if I'm checking out some new music.
Also Youtube.
Winamp sometimes, mostly Foobar.
I'd like a mix of both of those, winamp's looks and easily moddable song info mixed with foobars simplicity.
Spotify for finding new bands and listening to them before I get their albums.
I use http://code.google.com/p/clementine-player/
The Zune software. I like Media Monkey but I can't find a way to get it to display all of my artists in a likable way.

Mediamonkey :buddy:
Winamp and Spotify for music I don't have downloaded
I don't i have a vinyl player...lol
iTunes, occasionally Last.FM.
Spotify, although I used Itunes when I actually had my music.
Foobar. I can't go back to iTunes and Winamp. Foobar is just so fast for me, it does everything I want it to do.
It's kind of like going from Firefox to Chrome, speed-wise.
I usually use youtube but Itunes if I'd have to choose from the list
Zune player.
Winamp. The visualisations are purty.
Also Spotify. I have the free unlimited version which is pretty awesome, and it's useful as hell.
Winamp and Spotify, spotify cause i was in it since beta and don't have to pay! booya
iTunes and Grooveshark
Clementine.
Winamp. It's great.
Winamp, unless it's one of the artists Winamp seems to refuse to find. Then, the Zune software.

Edit:
I might try clementine player, it looks awesome :O
Windows Media Player and Spotify
Windows Media Player because it plays songs and that's all I need my program to do :rolleye:
Or if I'm listening to it on the Media PC then I use XMBC
iTunes to listen to music, Last.fm or Youtube to find music and sometimes listen.
Foobar, Pandora, iTunes, grooveshark.
itunes, chumpodiles!
I usually use iTunes, but occasionally I use GrooveShark
