If you can get into windows, open cmd as administrator (ctrl+shift+click) and type
[code]sfc /scannow[/code]
it replaces all deleted/modified system files.
If you can't get into windows, boot into your install disk and navigate to command prompt, enter the same command
Also, don't expect a post in 10 minutes, it's not like we are here 24/7 to help you with your issues.
If it's still messing up after what Rob said, you could also try a system restore to the last time it worked.
XP/Vista - Start -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore
7 - Control Panel -> Recovery
