Keep living in a dream. If 18-34% of Americans (depends on age) can be obese, you can be damn sure you can gain a pound a month.

I am the same way too. But ive gained 2-3 pounds in the last 2 weeks. Drink 1/2 to a gallon of milk a day with 4 meals, and a shit ton of snacks inbetween and work out for 30 minutes or more a day. Plan to do it until I hit 115-120 and I was 104, 2 weeks ago, I am 5,8. 17 years old.
So yeah, if i can gain 2-3 pounds in 2 weeks and hold onto them, you can do it too.

This is the best tasting mass gainer, and depending on the flavor you get, it tastes like brownie batter.
And also, start eating, A LOT. McDonald's only does NOT count. Make it a habit to include peanut butter in your diet as much as possible, pastas with heavy cream sauces, fish, meats, and anything else that's not fast food. A sandwich consisting of peanut butter, Nutella, and honey is already around 570 calories. I'd say load up on one or two of those every morning for breakfast, and have the mass gainer shake as well. I usually try to have my pasta as late as I can before I go to bed so my body takes its time absorbing it.
Like I said, do NOT think you will gain muscle and weight by eating fatty junk like donuts and McDonalds constantly.

Why can't you build muscle while eating McDonalds?
Drink full fat cream. I had a cousin who actually used to do this. Get boiled rice, stick it in a cup - get double cream and stick that in. Do a little mixing.
To be fair though, I tasted it once... It tasted pretty nice :D

As long as it fits into your daily macros, there's no reason you can't

You can eat McDonald's just fine, but some people think that when they need to gain weight, they can simply eat only fast food to do it. Plus it ends up being expensive if you eat a lot of McDonalds as well. You're better off saving yourself money and just throwing peanut butter on everything, and using the rest for lean meats and fish.

First of all, who ever thinks that they only need to bulk is to eat fast food is retarded
second of all, You are telling this guy to buy a fucking 70 dollar mass gainer but McDonalds is too expensive?
just drink alot of eggs, gives you protein, then go and get your dads weights and lift them
