Photographs have emerged of an enormous golden carp caught by a fisherman in the south of France. According to the UK's Daily Mail, French angler Raphael Biagini, who specialises in catching oversized carp, spent 10 minutes reeling in the 14kg fish. "To begin with, we couldn't tell what was at the end of the line, but we knew it was big," Mr Biagini was quoted as saying. "The fish was a good fighter, but not enough to win." The 30-year-old from Montpellier said he had been talking to local fishermen at the lake about a legendary "giant goldfish" before he snared the carp, which weighed roughly the same as a three-year-old child.
Source: http://news.ninemsn.com.au/world/7958330/fisherman-snares-legendary-14kg-carp It will evolve into a Garadose [sp]or whatever you damn 10 year olds call them[/sp] and kill us all! :byodood: [editline]07:27PM[/editline] Oh wait. It is dead. :downs:
Gyarados?
That is one massive fish. But so long as it doesn't mutate into a giant flying sea dragon that shoots lasers from it's mouth, we should be ok.
Aren't goldfishes a species of carp?
A relatively small member of the carp family (which also includes the koi carp and the crucian carp), the goldfish is a domesticated version of a less-colorful carp (Carassius auratus) native to east Asia. It was first domesticated in China more than a thousand years ago, and several distinct breeds have since been developed. Goldfish breeds vary greatly in size, body shape, fin configuration and coloration (various combinations of white, yellow, orange, red, brown, and black are known).

I had some gold fish that got up to 10 inches long and were fat as fuck, but unfortuantly they got old, turned white, and died :( They lived for about 7 years, though.
It's a big goldfish. It's like saying I found a butterfly in my backyard, so It's clearly a butterfree.
Maybe if you found a 90 pound butterfly with fangs. Or maybe a yellow platypus that constantly steals your aspirin.
Maybe if you found a 90 pound butterfly with fangs. It's just a fish. The story is cool, but not pokemon related.
